Omnicom Media Group formed a new unit, OMG Digital. Sean Finnegan has been appointed CEO of OMG Digital, with responsibility for leading functional initiatives across Omnicom Media Group’s digital media capabilities.
Spike TV tapped Special Ops Media to handle Web marketing for two series. The interactive agency has been hired to administer online campaigns for the limited series, "The Kill Point," and the alternative series, "Murder," for the cable network.
Turner Network Sales named Kevin McMahon as director of affiliate ad sales. The domestic distribution, sales and marketing arm of Turner Broadcasting System promoted McMahon from a position within the Turner Sports unit as a senior marketing manager.

Kayak.com selected the Travel Ad Network. The vertical ad network will be the sales representative for the ad inventory in Kayak.com’s weekly Trip Ideas newsletter.
Staples tapped PowerReviews for customer reviews. The national office supplies retailer launched customer reviews broadly across its technology, furniture and office supply products on Staples.com.
Terra Networks Operations hired Andrew Yeager as Midwest manager. The U.S. Hispanic portal hired Yeager for its sales team from a position as Midwest manager for VideoEgg.
